Some basic advice

This person can be a colleague or someone close to you who you find it easy to talk to.
What is important is not to remain isolated.

If it is possible and you feel safe to do so, it is important to flag / report the situation that you are experiencing to someone internally (a supervisor, someone from the human resources department, another representative of the employer, union or association) as quickly as possible.
Keep notes on the events
The aim is to document as much as possible not to forget important points which could be used as a support during a discussion with a manager or during a subsequent process.
It is a document which could help you throughout the process.
Keep elements of proof
Keep in your possession anything which could serve as elements of proof (emails, text message, recordings, etc.).
Consult a doctor
Consult a doctor if you feel psychologically or physically affected by the situation.
Consult emergency services
If you fear for your safety, we advise you ring 9-1-1.
